GEDIS has been a long-standing implementation and trusted partner for a large number of our concrete plants in Lower Saxony. We recently renewed our mixing plant control system at the Oldenburg concrete plant with the help of GEDIS. The Horneburg site will follow in March. GEDIS is always available and ready to help, especially in emergencies. We would like to thank them for their uncomplicated and fast cooperation and their technical expertise.
GEDIS is characterized by reliable adherence to deadlines during commissioning. Deliveries and services were provided punctually and all agreements were always adhered to, ensuring smooth cooperation. Another outstanding aspect is the rapid adaptation of the data interfaces. GEDIS reacts flexibly to individual requirements and ensures efficient integration of the systems.
We are impressed by Wolfgang and Fabian Schmack, their team and their outstanding problem solving skills. Every technical problem was solved quickly and efficiently, which has significantly advanced our projects. In addition, GEDIS has always fulfilled our wishes in a flexible and customized manner. Their excellent customer focus makes them an indispensable partner in the concrete industry.
I have been working with the company for around 30 years and I have always been able to rely on GEDIS, even in short-term emergency situations! The greatest achievement was accomplished in just one weekend after we had taken over 5 ready-mix concrete plants from a group and the control systems had to be replaced on the takeover date. Experiences like that are always a pleasure to remember. Even with difficult tasks, we always found a pragmatic way, very flexible and extremely reliable!
